amCharts is a JavaScript-based multi-purpose charting library. Originally developed for use by amCharts team to power its own data visualizations, the library found its way into production usage of hundreds of users within a couple years of its release. Being both easy to use and powerful, it gained popularity among developers looking for a high quality tool that helps them get their job done faster and more efficiently. The charts library is supported by a powerful, yet straightforward API; advanced features such as animation, interaction, events or customizable looks; and vast amount of chart types — from simple line charts and pie charts over market/stock charts to complex diagrams like Gantt charts or Pareto charts.
