Is Fatcow Down?

FatCow is a privately held American company that offers small to medium-sized enterprises and individuals shared hosting options. Domain registration, email accounts, and other services are also available. Under the moniker FatCow Web Hosting, the Clarus Corporation began as a web hosting company. The company's first headquarters were in San Francisco, California, until mid-2003, when it relocated to Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Poon chose this location because it allowed him to expand his firm without incurring additional fees such as the high telecom costs of US$1400 per month that come with operating in San Francisco.
