What is the Molina Healthcare Organization?

Dr. Ralph De Luca, a pediatrician and World War II veteran, started Molina Healthcare in 1945. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Total Care Health Plan, Inc. and Promedica Community Health Plan, Inc., Molina has over 40 years of expertise servicing the health care requirements of persons in the United States, Puerto Rico, and other designated places. Integrated Medical Systems Agency was founded by Molina Healthcare in 1999 to provide risk management services to healthcare providers who participate in Molina Healthcare's Medicare Advantage plans. The business bought a majority ownership in LHP Health Plan in Michigan in 2006.
