MTI privacy information

Monitor The Internet uses account identity, verified email, monitored public URLs, optional check assertions, and recorded HTTP, timing and certificate evidence to provide website monitoring. Public page evidence is treated as untrusted data, not instructions.

Connecting ChatGPT uses OAuth access granted to your MTI account. Requested event subscriptions store account-scoped filters, callback destinations, encrypted signing secrets and expiry times. Delivery records distinguish queued attempts and receiving-service acceptance; acceptance does not prove that you saw an alert.

Checks are performed on public destinations only. Do not submit credentials or sensitive private information in URLs or check assertions. Monitoring a homepage does not validate checkout or login flows.

You can pause checks, mute automatic alerts, remove a monitored URL, and revoke your connected account access. Operational retention is bounded by the deployed retention settings; contact MTI for account data and deletion requests. Backups may retain historical data until their normal rotation.

Email delivery depends on the configured mail transport. A verified destination alone is not a delivery guarantee.

Some public pages use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure how the site is used. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you accept the banner; declining does not reduce any feature. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can revisit or change it at any time with the "Analytics choices" control shown once you have decided. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC under Google's own data processing terms.

Contact MTI for privacy or support requests. Contact submissions are stored for review; this page does not promise email delivery or a response time.
