What is the TEFL Equity Organization?

Marek, the founder of TEFL Equity Advocates & Academy believes that all English teachers, regardless of their nationality or gender, should be fairly compensated for their work. Currently there are many problems in our industry which lead to unfair wages. The first problem is that language schools don't understand the value of teaching qualifications. The second problem is that they don't know how to fairly compensate teachers based on their contributions. Thirdly, there are no standardized ways to assess the effectiveness of teachers' contributions to the school's bottom line (profits).
