What is TikTok Organization?
TikTok is a Chinese Android and iOS social media video app for creating and sharing short comedy, short lip-sync videos of 3 to 15 seconds and talent videos.
The app was developer by Chinese developer of ByteDance and launched in 2017.
ByteDance, which is a Beijing company was founded in 2012 and had previously launched Douyin (Chinese: 抖音) for the China market in September 2016.
Douyin and TikTok are the same but run on different servers to fulfill with Chinese censorship restrictions.
